About

We’re CPAs. So, you know from the start the type of firm you’re dealing with. Professional, Ethical. All of the qualities that you need to become, and remain, a CPA. We’ve committed to undertaking the initial and ongoing training necessary to meet the SMSF Audit CPD obligations of the joint statement. You can be sure that we’re up to date with all the latest changes.

We offer a Fixed Price service for each and every fund that you have, on the basis that we service all your SMSF clients. That way you, as the practitioner, are confident of the fee in advance. The only thing that we ask for is every fund – not just the really hard ones! For one-off and special assignments, we ask you to contact Redmans for a quote.

We’re not in the business of contacting your clients. That is your job, which means you have no concerns about the client relationship. Our client is you. Our adherence to professional ethics guarantees the confidentiality of your clients’ information.

We know how important it is to you to complete the job and clear the WIP. We guarantee to turn around your audit within 7 business days of receiving all the documentation needed. That way, you are confident when you can wrap up the job and bill the client.

Meet Trent White

Trent joined Redmans in 1999 as a trainee accountant and progressed to becoming a partner of the firm in 2010, completing his university degree, CPA Program and CPA Public Practice qualifications along the way! To match his university qualifications and CPA membership, Trent is also a registered SMSF auditor and is within the top 20 auditors in Australia.

Trent’s business expertise lies in the area of Financial Management, Systems Development and Financial Reporting. His hands-on approach to his clients means their problems are solved quickly, accurately and without fuss. This has lead to taking Redmans as an SMSF audit provider with service levels and offerings that are not matched by many other audit firms.

Trent has helped businesses transition up (in some cases, to the next generation), and out (in others, to a third party purchaser). And, each time he is tasked with that from a Family Business client, his main intent is to ensure the Family maximises their return and minimises their stress.
